PROGRAM BACKGROUND:
The A.B.C. (The Art of Business Correspondence) training is a program designed to equip participants with the needed knowledge and skills in writing effective business correspondence. It aims to impart the wholistic concept of being productive in generating objective results when sending business messages.
TARGET PARTICIPANTS:
Anyone who deals with business writing, e-mail messages, & correspondence on a regular basis which includes key personnel such as, but is not limited to, Frontliners, Secretaries, Administrative Officers, Executives, Managers, etc.
CLASS SIZE: 6 (minimum) to 12 participants (maximum)
CLASS DURATION: 8 hours / day
