Since 2021, BDO Unibank has consistently been engaging with Crossworks for In-House Trainings, particularly in the field of Project Management. We have had three batches of the Project Management Essentials course, tailored to meet the needs of the bank.
In these trainings, participants were taught how to create a work breakdown structure, how to create a project schedule, how to manage risks, and so much more. These learnings were applied in the workplace and are now helping BDO in finding ways to serve you better.
What’s next for BDO? Well, we are currently helping BDO understand the concepts of Agile, and how it can be applied in their workplace.
