Refunds and other policies

Corporate Public Training Event Cancellation / Rescheduling

In the event that any public training has been canceled or rescheduled, the client has first priority on the updated schedule. There will be no change to the fees charged to the client. The client also has the option to receive the full amount refunded to them. Refunds will be done via bank transfer to the client’s Philippine Bank account.

Client-Initiated Cancellation

Clients who have paid but opt to cancel their order will receive a full refund if the request for cancellation is done at least two-weeks prior to the event start-date and if the payment method is not via PayPal or PayMongo. For payments done via PayPal and PayMongo, we do not refund the service fee charged by these Payment Gateway services. Request for cancellation done less than two-weeks prior will be entitled to a 50% refund to cover for cost associated with the public training event. Cancellations made by the client on the day of the event will not be entitled to any refund, regardless of whether or not the client show’s up or not at the venue.

No Shows

Clients who do not attend scheduled events are still subject to full payment of the event fee.

No payment No certificate

Clients who have not settled payment on the date of the event will not receive their certificate of participation.

Late Payments

Crossworks accepts late payments on a case to case basis. These can be arranged by contacting us directly. Clients who do not have any prior arrangement are automatically given a late payment fee of 10% of the outstanding balance per month of delayed payment.
