Global Payments is one of the largest payment services provider worldwide. They have around 4 million customers in 100 countries. They lead their space by providing Innovation that Delivers.
To further ensure this commitment, the management of Global Payments in the Philippines, the largest shared services office of Global Payments, decided on working with Crossworks in developing their Management Development Program (MDP). This is a four month program designed to enable managers take on the role of a managing the organization and preparing them for bigger challenges ahead.
This program started in 2022 using a virtual setup but is now being done face-to-face with batches scheduled up to 2024.
