Course Description

ISO 37301:2021 is an international standard designed and formulated to help organizations implement a strong Compliance Management System (CMS). ISO 37301 is a Type A management system standard which sets out the requirements and provides guidelines for establishing, developing, implementing, evaluating, maintaining, and continually improving a compliance management system (CMS).

This training introduces the basic concepts of compliance and the requirements of ISO 37301 for a compliance management system (CMS). This course also discusses various aspects of a CMS, including the compliance policy, compliance culture, compliance risk assessment, operational controls, performance measurements, leadership and commitment, internal audit, management review, and continual improvement will be discussed.

 At the end of this course participants should be able to:

• Understanding the basic concepts, approaches, methods, and techniques used for the implementation and efficient management of a Compliance Management Systems.
• Describe the relationship between ISO 37301 and other standards and regulatory frameworks
• Interpret the requirements of ISO 37301
• General understanding of how an organization can meet the requirements of ISO 37301
