Crossworks has successfully ran several online instructor-led courses on Managing Stakeholders Effectively. These were done during early evening to cater to the needs of the employees who work on shifts. This course was attended by more than a hundred resources over the course of several batches even by resources located in Europe and other parts of the world. Boehringer Ingelheim Philippines believe that the ability to properly manage stakeholders is crucial in ensuring that the quality of service to the end customer is achieved, hence the need to have resource learn the value of managing stakeholders effectively.
To facilitate the transfer of services to Boehringer Ingelheim Philippines, proper knowledge of project management is needed. This is why they’ve engaged with Crossworks to provide several online instructor-led courses on Project Management Essentials. This course was also ran during early evening to accommodate the shifting schedule.
Boehringer Ingelheim has also partnered with Crossworks to provide Executive Coaching sessions. These are one-on-one sessions with managers of the company together with Crossworks’ seasoned consultants. There is no fixed agenda or schedule. These are all based on the needs of the participants. The coaches guide the managers in their management journey and coach them in various approaches towards becoming a better manager.
