Strengthening the ability to provide better products and services in Fintech

GCASH has currently started engaging with Crossworks on its project management courses. In collaboration with the GCASH Fintech University, Crossworks was able to provide its Project Management Essentials course on premise at the client’s training facility. Participants were able to learn how create a Project Charter, WBS, and project schedules. They were also taught the differences between traditional and agile approaches to managing projects. More importantly, they were able to see how a structured project management approach can help strengthen the organization in providing products and services in the Fintech industry.
